In this role, you will be responsible for refreshing beds with crisp linens, thoroughly cleaning and organizing guest rooms, and ensuring public spaces such as lobbies, hallways, and restrooms are spotless and inviting. You will also embark on detailed deep-cleaning tasks including maintenance duties like changing air conditioning filters and performing minor touch-ups that contribute to the overall aesthetic and functionality of the hotel. Keeping housekeeping carts stocked and organized will enable you to efficiently manage daily operations.
Exceptional customer service is critical, as every interaction with guests provides an opportunity to enhance their stay. The Housekeeper acts as the friendly face representing the hotel, ready to assist whenever needed and contribute positively to guests' impressions. Safety is paramount in this role, requiring vigilance to maintain a secure environment for both guests and staff by monitoring sensitive areas and adhering to safe work practices.
