Job Description

The premier hotel near Lucas Oil Stadium offers a distinguished hospitality experience blending comfort, convenience, and modern amenities. This property caters to a diverse clientele including business travelers, event attendees, and tourists looking to enjoy Indianapolis. Featuring a contemporary on-site restaurant, Skylight Bistro & Bar, guests appreciate locally sourced Indiana ingredients served for breakfast and dinner. Each guest room is equipped with high-tech flat-screen TVs with premium channels and pay-per-view options, combined with high-speed Wi-Fi for constant connectivity. Additional recreational facilities such as a modern fitness center and an indoor pool allow guests to relax and rejuvenate adequately. Moreover, the hotel boasts 26 versatile event venues with both indoor and outdoor settings, suitable for various occasions ranging from corporate meetings to social celebrations. This environment not only emphasizes excellent guest experiences but also highlights a strong team-oriented culture dedicated to service quality and attention to detail.

The House Attendant role is a critical position focused on maintaining and enhancing the cleanliness, safety, and overall atmosphere throughout the hotel property. This full-time position is pivotal in delivering a memorable guest experience by ensuring all public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and communal facilities are immaculate and inviting. The role requires detail-oriented professionals with physical stamina who can thrive in a fast-paced, guest-centric environment. Responsibilities extend beyond routine cleaning to assisting with event setups and providing friendly, proactive guest support, virtually making the House Attendant the 'behind-the-scenes hero' of the property’s housekeeping team. Successful candidates will not only exhibit exceptional cleanliness and organizational skills but also demonstrate the ability to respond promptly and courteously to guest needs, thereby enhancing overall guest satisfaction. Our hotel values safety and expects employees to follow standard safety protocols consistently, including handling lost-and-found items responsibly and securing sensitive areas.

This opportunity is ideal for individuals seeking steady employment with pathways for growth within a reputable hospitality organization. Alongside competitive compensation, the hotel offers a comprehensive benefits package after an initial period. The position supports a diverse, dynamic team culture where professionalism, reliability, and a positive attitude are paramount. Team members will also enjoy access to various benefits such as medical, dental, and vision coverage, short and long-term disability income, term life and AD&D insurance, paid time off, an employee assistance program, and a 401k retirement plan. The hotel has recently introduced a Daily Pay option for eligible employees, demonstrating its commitment to employee financial flexibility.
