With a presence in numerous locations, the company operates diverse lodging brands that attract both business and leisure travelers by ensuring comfort, top-tier amenities, and impressive customer service standards.

Our premier hotel, conveniently located near Lucas Oil Stadium, offers guests an inviting atmosphere with comfortable accommodations and a variety of on-site amenities. Guests can indulge in a range of popular entrees crafted with fresh, locally sourced Indiana ingredients at the Skylight Bistro & Bar. The property also features modern conveniences such as high-speed Wi-Fi, a fitness center, an indoor pool, and versatile event spaces that accommodate everything from intimate gatherings to large-scale occasions. This establishment not only aims to satisfy the palate of its visitors but to provide them a relaxing, well-rounded stay.

We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Executive Chef to join our dynamic team. The Executive Chef will play a pivotal role in shaping the culinary direction and maintaining the highest standards across multiple food outlets, including the café, room service, and banquet operations. This leadership position requires a creative culinary visionary who can inspire and manage kitchen personnel while ensuring exceptional quality, presentation, and taste of every dish. The Executive Chef will oversee food preparation while adhering to strict safety and sanitation protocols, guaranteeing a safe and efficient work environment.

As an Executive Chef at Aimbridge Hospitality, you will manage food costs and budgets responsibly, maximizing production ratios to enhance financial performance without compromising quality. You will demonstrate excellent communication and problem-solving skills, efficiently handling issues to ensure smooth kitchen operations. The role demands someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, possesses exemplary leadership qualities, and is committed to continuous improvement and culinary excellence.

We offer our full-time employees a competitive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, short- and long-term disability insurance, life and AD&D insurance, paid time off, employee assistance programs, and a 401k retirement plan. Additionally, we provide daily pay options to support our team financially as they contribute their skills and passion to our establishment. This is an exceptional opportunity for culinary professionals eager to lead, innovate, and contribute significantly to a renowned hospitality company. Join us in crafting unforgettable food experiences that delight guests and build lasting memories with every meal served.
