Job Description
Fullerton Marriott at California State University is an esteemed hotel situated conveniently adjacent to California State University and a short distance from downtown Fullerton, California. Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- at least 2 to 3 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field
- previous supervisory experience preferred
- must have a valid driver's license
- compliance with certification requirements including food handlers, alcohol awareness, cpr, and first aid
- flexibility to work evening shifts including Fridays and Saturdays from 5:00 p.m. to 1:30 a.m.

Job Duties
- greet guests with genuine warmth and keep check-ins and check-outs smooth and stress-free
- manage reservations, VIP requests, and guest inquiries to enhance guest satisfaction
- track logs, manage messages and packages to ensure efficient operations
- monitor room rates, packages, and promotions to optimize revenue
- train and lead front desk associates while building a communicative and cohesive team
- promptly handle guest concerns and resolve issues with confidence and creativity
- provide Night Audit coverage and support to maintain overall hotel oversight during evening and night shifts
