We are seeking a reliable PM Supervisor to join our team and support evening hotel operations. This role acts as the Manager on Duty during nights and weekends, primarily working evening shifts from 5:00 p.m. to 1:30 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays, with flexibility to provide Night Audit coverage as needed. The PM Supervisor will work closely with the Front Desk and Night Audit teams to oversee smooth hotel operations and assist with guest service recovery, ensuring the highest standards of hospitality are consistently met. This supervisory position demands strong leadership, effective communication, and excellent problem-solving skills to handle any challenges that arise during the shift. The ideal candidate will have prior hotel supervisory and Night Audit experience and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences. As the Front Desk Supervisor, you will be the heartbeat of hospitality, leading your team with energy and enthusiasm. Your role includes greeting guests warmly, managing reservations and VIP requests, ensuring smooth check-ins and check-outs, and maintaining operational excellence with thorough tracking of logs, messages, and packages.

Additionally, you will play a critical role in optimizing room revenue by staying informed about rates, packages, and promotions, while maintaining exceptional guest satisfaction. Your leadership will help build a strong, communicative team by training new associates, addressing guest concerns promptly, and ensuring safety and service standards are upheld at all times. Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • at least 2 to 3 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field
  • previous supervisory experience preferred
  • must have a valid driver's license
  • compliance with certification requirements including food handlers, alcohol awareness, cpr, and first aid
  • flexibility to work evening shifts including Fridays and Saturdays from 5:00 p.m. to 1:30 a.m.
