Job Requirements

  • Must have food handlers certification compliant with state requirements
  • At least 5 years of progressive culinary experience or culinary graduate with at least 1 year of experience in a hotel or related field
  • Previous supervisory responsibility preferred
  • Able to work effectively under pressure while maintaining composure
  • Strong communicator who listens actively and conveys ideas clearly
  • Commitment to maintaining kitchen sanitation and safety standards

Job Qualifications

  • Keep the kitchen spotless and well-organized, always meeting sanitation and safety standards
  • Take initiative by anticipating needs and acting before issues arise, keeping service seamless
  • Manage time wisely to ensure food preparation and service are prompt and on point
