Job Requirements
- Must have food handlers certification compliant with state requirements
- At least 5 years of progressive culinary experience or culinary graduate with at least 1 year of experience in a hotel or related field
- Previous supervisory responsibility preferred
- Able to work effectively under pressure while maintaining composure
- Strong communicator who listens actively and conveys ideas clearly
- Commitment to maintaining kitchen sanitation and safety standards
Job Qualifications

- Manage time wisely to ensure food preparation and service are prompt and on point
