Job Duties
- Clean dishes, pots, and utensils thoroughly
- sweep and mop kitchen floors regularly
- take out trash and maintain cleanliness of disposal areas
- organize and store china, glass, and silverware with care
- assist with food storage and rotation to ensure freshness
- support kitchen staff with various cleaning and maintenance tasks
- maintain sanitation standards according to health regulations
