We are now seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Servers. This role is essential to ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience through attentive and friendly service. As a Server, you will be the dining room’s Most Valuable Player, responsible for delivering excellent customer service from the moment guests arrive until they leave. Your attentive demeanor and deep knowledge of the menu will help you guide guests through their dining choices, including specials and dietary needs, ensuring their satisfaction at every step. Precision and attention to detail will be critical as you take and deliver orders, handle payments, and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining area. You will manage multiple tables efficiently, keeping calm under pressure and ensuring smooth service throughout your shift. You’ll adhere strictly to company policies and safety protocols, including health regulations and certification requirements related to alcohol and food handling. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in hospitality or food and beverage service is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with guests and coworkers professionally
- Must obtain and maintain any required certifications (e.g., Alcohol Awareness, Food Handler's Card) as per state regulations

- Juggle multiple tables with ease, keeping service smooth, spaces clean, and your cool in high-pressure moments
- Handle transactions with precision, close checks confidently, and follow all company and security protocols like a seasoned cashier
- Keep the service area spotless and safe, following hygiene regulations and certification standards without missing a beat
- Stay energized and on your feet - lifting, bending, and moving with strength and endurance throughout your shift
