Job Duties
- Oversee daily housekeeping operations with precision
- Conduct inspections, reports, and productivity checks to maintain standards
- Lead and inspire Room Attendants and House Attendants through clear communication and training
- Manage lost and found items, maintaining key control and secure access
- Ensure high standards of sanitation and cleanliness across all facilities and equipment
- Step in during the Housekeeping Manager's absence to maintain smooth operations
- Foster a motivated and efficient housekeeping team environment
