Its well-designed event spaces are perfect for business meetings, weddings, and other special occasions, supported by complimentary airport shuttle services to simplify group travel.

The role of Area Director of Catering at Chicago Marriott Midway is dynamic and pivotal to the hotel's success in meeting and exceeding catering revenue targets. As the Area Director, you will lead a dedicated catering team responsible for orchestrating memorable events across two or more properties. You will be an advocate for creative promotions and active community engagement to enhance brand presence. Your role demands exceptional communication and negotiation skills, along with proficiency in financial data analysis and problem-solving to align with organizational goals. By inspiring your team through effective training and motivational leadership, you will ensure the delivery of unparalleled catering experiences that delight clients and create lasting impressions. This position offers a comprehensive benefits package after an initial waiting period, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, disability income plans, life insurance, paid time off, employee assistance, and a 401k retirement plan.
