Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous hospitality or food and beverage service experience is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Must obtain and maintain required certifications such as Alcohol Awareness and Food Handler's Card as per state regulations
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods
- Ability to lift, bend and move with endurance during shifts
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in hospitality or food and beverage service is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to engage professionally with guests and coworkers
- Knowledge of menu items including ingredients and dietary restrictions is beneficial
- Familiarity with payment processing and cash handling
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and create memorable dining experiences
- Take accurate food and beverage orders while engaging guests with menu knowledge
- Serve food and drinks promptly and accurately
- Manage multiple tables efficiently maintaining cleanliness and service quality
- Process payments accurately following company policies and security protocols
- Maintain cleanliness and adhere to hygiene standards in the service area
- Sustain physical stamina to perform duties throughout shifts
