Job Duties
- greet guests warmly and efficiently check guests in and out manage reservations and cancellations handle guest inquiries and requests resolve complaints and issues promptly maintain accurate financial transactions coordinate with housekeeping and other departments ensure the front desk area is organized and welcoming
