We are currently seeking a dedicated Concierge to join the team at the Atlanta Marriott Alpharetta. As the Concierge, you will serve as the primary host and resource for guests throughout their stay, ensuring a memorable and seamless experience from check-in to departure. Your role will involve delivering warm welcomes, engaging in lively conversations, and promptly addressing any issues that may arise. This position requires an individual with a friendly demeanor and a can-do attitude who can provide expert recommendations on local attractions, dining, and events.

Beyond guest interaction, the Concierge at our hotel also supports other departments including Sales, Front Office, and the Bellman/Van teams. This collaboration ensures that every guest's needs are met efficiently and with a personal touch. The Concierge is instrumental in maintaining brand standards and upholding the hotel's reputation for excellent customer service. Responsibilities extend to overseeing coffee shop operations within the hotel, managing inventory, processing transactions, maintaining cleanliness and operational standards, and assisting with team hiring and training. This position is ideal for candidates with a high school diploma or equivalent, with hotel or related experience preferred. Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to perform well under pressure are essential. Comfort with financial data and basic math is also required.
