As a Barista at the Marquette Hotel, you will be the energizing force behind the café experience that delights hotel guests and visitors. This role places you at the intersection of hospitality and craftsmanship, where every cup you prepare is not just a beverage but an opportunity to brighten someone’s day and create a memorable moment. Operational excellence is critical, as you will be involved in pre- and post-shift duties such as stocking service stations and preparing the café environment for the next shift. The Barista role is ideal for those with at least six months of experience in food and beverage customer service, including cash handling, with previous barista experience viewed as a strong advantage.
