We are currently seeking a Marketplace Barista and Associate who embodies the company culture and values, demonstrating innovation, integrity, and a dedication to outstanding customer experience. This role plays a crucial part in upholding our reputation by providing top-notch service in our marketplace environment. The Marketplace Barista and Associate will be responsible for preparing high-quality beverages and food, supporting sales efforts, and assisting with inventory management. This position requires a passion for coffee, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to adapt and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will work on-site part-time, with a rotating schedule that includes weekdays and Saturdays. We offer competitive hourly pay between $14.00 and $15.00 plus tips and bonuses, reflecting our commitment to recognizing and rewarding the hard work of our team members. This part-time position offers 16 to 32 hours per week with a .5-hour meal break, operating on a rotating schedule Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 5:30 pm and Saturdays from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm. The role entails a variety of responsibilities, including meeting with management for goal-setting, maintaining smooth bar operations, managing inventory logistics, assisting with merchandise sales, and representing our brand at different events.
