Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- no prior supervisory experience required
- no certification or license required
- able to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 pounds and standing for extended periods
- ability to communicate clearly in English or Spanish
- availability for full-time schedule
- compliant with company safety and appearance standards
Job Qualifications

- previous experience in food and beverage service preferred but not required
- ability to operate POS systems like MICROS
- strong communication skills

- basic knowledge of beverage preparations including coffee, wine, and beer

- ability to maintain cleanliness and organization

Job Duties
- Complete opening and closing tasks including supply and utensil preparation
- clean equipment and work areas
- maintain clean and organized counters and tables
- prepare and restock beverage preparation areas
- replenish ice, glasses, and paper supplies
- transport supplies to beverage preparation area
- wash dirty glasses
- clear dirty items from counters and tables to designated areas
- enter orders in POS system and collect payment
- note orders and dispense wine/beer and prepare beverages
- serve guests promptly and according to company standards
- operate coffee machines and other equipment on scheduled times
- assist with counter and table maintenance
- wash dishes, utensils, work areas, tables, and equipment throughout the day
- count cash register and complete cashier reports
- secure cash register
- ensure beer, wine, coolers, cabinets, and storage areas are stocked and secure
- comply with all company safety policies
- report maintenance or safety issues
- complete required safety training
- maintain a clean and professional appearance
- protect company information and property
- support coworkers and treat them with dignity and respect
- help team achieve common goals
- meet quality assurance expectations
- move, lift, transport, push, pull, and place objects under 25 pounds
- stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- read and inspect information visually
- perform physical activities such as reaching, bending, twisting, and climbing
- greet and acknowledge guests per company standards
- communicate clearly and professionally
- answer telephone calls with proper etiquette
- perform other reasonable tasks as assigned by supervisors
