Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Four years experience in food and beverage, culinary or related professional area
- OR two-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
- Two years experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
- Ability to supervise and manage employees
- Knowledge of service and sanitation standards
- Understanding of local, state and federal liquor laws
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to handle guest complaints and provide excellent customer service
- Skills in staff training, mentoring and development
- Capability to manage departmental financial operations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
