Job Description

Hilton Grand Vacations (HGV) is a renowned hospitality company specializing in providing exceptional vacation experiences through its portfolio of resort properties. Known for its dedication to delivering outstanding guest services and memorable holiday opportunities, HGV operates numerous resorts offering a variety of vacation packages and unique amenities. With a commitment to quality and guest satisfaction, HGV maintains a strong presence in the vacation ownership industry, setting the standard for excellence in the timeshare and resort market.

Currently, Hilton Grand Vacations is seeking highly motivated Marketing Representatives to join their team. These marketing professionals play a crucial role in driving the success of the company by completing the process of booking eligible tours both over the phone and face to face. They are also responsible for selling mini-vacation packages to other HGV resorts, generating potential revenue streams. The Marketing Representatives act as the face of HGV at various hotel properties where this marketing program operates, upholding the company's reputation through professional and responsive guest interactions.

This is a sales-focused role that offers a combination of base salary, generous commissions on every qualified tour booked, and monthly bonuses based on performance volume. The earning potential is substantial, with marketers typically earning between $60,000 and $100,000 annually, and top producers making close to $200,000. This structure not only incentivizes strong sales performance but also rewards dedication and consistent results.

The Marketing Representative is responsible for assisting with tour and marketing-related issues, confirming appointments with guests to ensure reservations and improve show rates, and ensuring that all marketing initiatives are executed as planned. They are expected to build and develop a motivated team environment while consistently meeting or exceeding performance metrics. Additionally, these representatives ensure guests meet minimum eligibility criteria for promotional gifts or encourage participation in courtesy tours. Above all, they champion Hilton's quality customer care service throughout all marketing channels, ensuring every guest interaction reflects the company’s high standards.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of one year of proven sales experience or relevant marketing roles such as concierge or optional tour and activity sales. Intermediate computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly are essential. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required to meet the dynamic demands of the position. A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory, as is fluency in English, encompassing speaking, reading, and writing skills.

Additional advantageous qualifications include at least six months of previous experience in the timeshare industry and a thorough understanding of the local area to competently explain activities, restaurants, and attractions to guests. Hilton Grand Vacations embraces diversity and is an equal opportunity employer, offering accommodations to individuals with disabilities to enable their full participation throughout the employment process and beyond.

This position is ideal for motivated sales professionals looking to leverage their skills in a thriving, supportive environment with significant earning potential and career growth opportunities. If you are enthusiastic about travel, enjoy building relationships, and have a passion for providing excellent customer service, this role with Hilton Grand Vacations offers an exciting career path in the hospitality industry.
