Job Requirements
- Minimum one year proven sales or marketing related experience
- intermediate computer proficiency
- flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
- high school diploma or equivalent
- fluency in English speak read and write

- previous experience in timeshare industry advantageous
- thorough understanding of local area activities restaurants and destinations
Job Duties
- Assist with tour and marketing related issues
- confirm appointments with guests to ensure tour reservations and improve show rate
- ensure all marketing initiatives are delivered
- build and develop a motivated team environment out in the field
- meet or exceed performance metrics
- ensure guests meet minimum eligibility for gifts or promote a courtesy tour
- champion Hilton quality customer care service throughout all marketing channels
