We are currently looking for highly motivated Marketing Representatives to join our team as VIP Marketing Professionals. This role is pivotal in driving the success of our marketing initiatives aimed at booking eligible tours and selling mini-vacation packages to other HGV resorts. The Marketing Representative VIP is responsible for engaging with guests both over the phone and face-to-face to facilitate tour bookings, thus contributing to potential revenue generation. This position requires a professional demeanor that consistently upholds the Hilton quality customer care standards and effectively represents HGV across various hotel properties where the program is implemented.
The role offers a competitive compensation package including a base salary, generous commissions for every qualified tour booked, and a monthly bonus based on sales volume. Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year proven sales, sales related marketing, concierge, or optional tour and activity sales experience
- Intermediate computer proficiency with the ability to learn
- Able to work a flexible schedule to include evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fluency in English (speak, read and write)
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year proven sales, sales related marketing, concierge, or optional tour and activity sales experience

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fluency in English (speak, read and write)
- 6 months or more previous experience working in the timeshare industry
- Thorough understanding of the area with ability to explain activities, restaurants, and destinations
Job Duties
- Assist with tour and marketing related issues
- Confirm appointments with guests to ensure tour reservations and improve show rate
- Ensure all marketing initiatives are delivered
- Build and develop a motivated team environment out in the field
- Meet or exceed performance metrics
- Ensure guests meet minimum eligibility for gifts as approved or promote a courtesy tour
- Champion Hilton quality customer care service throughout all marketing channels
