Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, project management, communications, or a related field
- 1-3 years in marketing project management or account management
- Proficient in project management tools (Wrike or similar)
- Experience managing marketing campaigns across print and digital channels
- Strong organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Job Duties
- Manage marketing project timelines, deliverables, and workflows to ensure successful execution of campaigns
- Define project scopes, gather stakeholder inputs, and clearly communicate goals and expectations
- Facilitate collaboration between business units, creative teams, and production partners
- Monitor project progress in project management software (Wrike or similar), updating timelines and managing resources
- Identify risks and proactively resolve roadblocks to keep projects moving forward
- Ensure quality control and brand consistency across all marketing materials
- Conduct project retrospectives to capture learnings and improve future workflows
- Build strong working relationships with internal teams to align marketing efforts with business goals
