Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, project management, communications, or a related field
  • 1-3 years in marketing project management or account management
  • Proficient in project management tools (Wrike or similar)
  • Experience managing marketing campaigns across print and digital channels
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, project management, communications, or a related field
  • 1-3 years in marketing project management or account management
  • Proficient in project management tools (Wrike or similar)
  • Experience managing marketing campaigns across print and digital channels
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or related credential
  • 3+ years managing marketing projects in a cross-functional team environment
  • Experience coordinating event marketing initiatives
  • Proactive problem solver with a continuous improvement mindset

Job Duties

  • Manage marketing project timelines, deliverables, and workflows to ensure successful execution of campaigns
  • Define project scopes, gather stakeholder inputs, and clearly communicate goals and expectations
  • Facilitate collaboration between business units, creative teams, and production partners
  • Monitor project progress in project management software (Wrike or similar), updating timelines and managing resources
  • Identify risks and proactively resolve roadblocks to keep projects moving forward
  • Ensure quality control and brand consistency across all marketing materials
  • Conduct project retrospectives to capture learnings and improve future workflows
  • Build strong working relationships with internal teams to align marketing efforts with business goals
