Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing coordination
- Proven experience in building and improving digital nurture journeys
- At least 1 year of experience in event coordination
- Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce, Constant Contact, or HubSpot
- Strong knowledge of email marketing best practices
- Competent with WordPress, Canva, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Office
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups
- Self-directed, highly accountable, and reliable work ethic
Job Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in marketing coordination
- 5+ years experience building and improving digital nurture journeys
- 1+ years experience in event coordination
- Familiarity and confidence with CRM and marketing automation platforms like Salesforce, Constant Contact, or HubSpot
- Strong understanding of email marketing best practices

Job Duties
- Build and improve end-user marketing nurture journeys with an eye towards improvement and growth
- Project manage end-user initiatives and product and service development initiatives to ensure on-time launch
- Help ideate and assist with creation of new product and service business plans from concept to creation
- Manage projects from start to finish, mapping out steps with stakeholders from multiple teams, deliverables and deadlines
- Coordinate and manage all logistical aspects of end-user events and tradeshows
- Help create and track metrics that define the health of our processes and systems
- Understand end-user perspective to incorporate into marketing systems and process design
