Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • one to three years experience in casino marketing or players services
  • ability to work varied schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • familiarity with personal computers and electronic office equipment
  • Class 2 gaming license
  • physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
  • trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality

Job Duties

  • Supervise daily activities of players club representatives
  • assist in enrolling new Reef Rewards members
  • promote new gaming promotions and sell Silver Reef merchandise including concert tickets
  • coach representatives on player benefits and program privileges
  • monitor and correct guest information in computer systems
  • recognize frequent guests and identify program abusers
  • maintain communication with other departments
  • inform supervisors of pertinent players club issues
  • manage inventory and supply needs for players club
  • ensure accurate and complete data entry
  • oversee customer service standards and compliance with company policies
  • participate in periodic evaluations of club representatives
  • administer drawings and promotions according to company rules
  • participate in special events as needed
  • maintain confidentiality of company and guest information
  • create and manage staff schedules to optimize service and control costs
  • perform related duties as assigned
