The firm comprises 225 attorneys and 180 business professionals, serving a diverse clientele that includes household names and influential entities often shaping the financial services and products industry. Stradley Ronon is dedicated to delivering outstanding legal services through teamwork and collaborative efforts that exceed client expectations and produce results greater than the sum of their parts.
The role available is for a Marketing Operations and Events Manager within the firm's highly regarded Investment Management Department. This is a client-facing position that demands a professional with strong leadership and organizational abilities to manage and execute all aspects of department events. Reporting to the Director of Marketing Communications, the Manager will work collaboratively with department leadership, legal professionals, the broader marketing team, business development, practice managers, and other essential stakeholders. The primary responsibility is to plan, coordinate, and oversee a range of external and internal events including virtual, hybrid, and in-person formats, alongside managing conference sponsorships and related marketing initiatives.
This position requires a strategic thinker capable of managing budgets, negotiating vendor contracts, developing invitations and distribution lists, maintaining event tracking and reporting, and supporting promotional campaigns that align with the firm’s branding and messaging. The Manager will serve as the point of contact for industry conference participation, maintain vendor relationships, plan Trustee dinners for client board meetings, and manage the Investment Management department's events calendar. Strong communication, multitasking, and client service skills are vital to succeed in this role, along with the ability to work under pressure, in deadline-driven environments, and to travel as required. The role is full-time, and candidates should expect to occasionally work extended or weekend hours.
Stradley Ronon offers a competitive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability coverage, 401(k), and a range of family and wellness benefits. The firm is an equal opportunity employer and values professionalism, commitment, and the ability to foster strong relationships internally and externally. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned marketing and events professional with a background in legal or professional services looking to contribute to and grow with a prestigious law firm.
