Job Description
Dudley DeBosier Personal Injury Lawyers is a prominent and well-established legal firm dedicated to providing clients with high-quality legal representation while consistently exceeding client service expectations. With a large organizational structure, Dudley DeBosier thrives in a fast-moving, energetic, and rapidly evolving environment, making it an ideal workplace for professionals who enjoy dynamic and challenging settings. The firm is well-known for its commitment to excellence in legal services and client satisfaction, positioning itself as a leader in the personal injury law sector. As an organization, Dudley DeBosier emphasizes teamwork, innovation, and a client-first approach, ensuring that their legal professionals and support teams work harmoniously to achieve the best possible outcomes for their clients.
The Marketing Operations & Analytics Manager role at Dudley DeBosier serves as a critical function within the firm's marketing department. This full-time position is responsible for the successful execution, coordination, and measurement of the firm’s comprehensive marketing initiatives. Acting as the operational backbone of the marketing team, the manager will oversee various marketing projects, analyze campaign performance, produce detailed executive reports, and coordinate community engagement activities. Additionally, the role involves identifying new opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness by leveraging data-driven insights and strategic analysis.
The ideal candidate for this position is someone who is highly analytical, well-organized, and proactive, with a passion for using data to drive strategic marketing decisions. Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently are key traits required for success. The manager will collaborate with internal departments and external marketing partners to ensure that all campaigns, projects, and initiatives are delivered on time and within budget. Although the role does not have primary responsibility for departmental strategy or personnel management, it may include oversight of marketing coordinators, interns, or project support staff when assigned.
Key responsibilities include preparing and distributing comprehensive monthly marketing reports that analyze lead performance across all marketing channels, monitoring critical KPIs such as leads, qualified leads, signed cases, cost per lead, conversion rates, and return on investment. The manager will also maintain marketing dashboards and reporting systems and assist with budget analysis and forecasting.
The role involves serving as the project manager for all active marketing initiatives, coordinating timelines across teams and agencies, tracking project milestones and deadlines, facilitating project status meetings, and maintaining the department’s marketing calendar. Coordination of various marketing campaigns—covering television, radio, digital, print, outdoor, and social media—along with website updates and creative production, falls under the scope of this position. Maintaining brand consistency and managing marketing asset libraries is also essential.
Moreover, the manager will coordinate community outreach efforts including sponsorships, charitable partnerships, speaking engagements, and community events. Managing event logistics, vendor relations, promotional materials, and post-event reporting are all part of this community engagement role.
In terms of marketing innovation, the manager is expected to research emerging marketing trends, AI tools, and automation opportunities, brainstorm new campaign ideas, and recommend process improvements. Vendor coordination duties include managing advertising agencies and marketing vendors, tracking deliverables, invoices, and contracts.
Overall, this position offers a unique opportunity to work at a leading personal injury law firm where marketing meets analytics and project management, allowing the successful candidate to make impactful contributions to the firm's growth and visibility in the marketplace.
