Job Description

Hyatt is a globally recognized leader in the hospitality industry, renowned for its commitment to creating exceptional travel experiences and fostering a culture of care, inclusion, and belonging. Founded in 1957, Hyatt has grown to become one of the fastest-growing hospitality brands in the world, with an expansive portfolio of hotels, resorts, and vacation properties across multiple continents. The company prioritizes its people, viewing employees as family, and focuses on nurturing a supportive environment where individuals can thrive professionally and personally. Hyatt's culture is rooted in empathy, inclusion, integrity, respect, experimentation, and wellbeing, which together shape the core values that guide their operations and the way they engage with guests and colleagues alike.

The organization offers a dynamic work environment encouraging continuous learning, creativity, and collaboration across diverse teams. They emphasize work-life balance and employee wellbeing through various initiatives such as flexible scheduling, wellness programs, and comprehensive benefits. Recognition as one of Fortune's 100 Best Companies to Work For for ten consecutive years underscores Hyatt's dedication to employee satisfaction and inclusive workplace culture.

The role of Marketing Manager within Hyatt's Global Marketing team centers on driving the World of Hyatt brand and loyalty program's success on a global scale. This full-time position is ideally suited for enthusiastic, strategic, and creative marketers who are passionate about travel and hospitality. The Marketing Manager collaborates closely with various teams, including loyalty, brand, communications, regional marketing, social media, and sales, to create and implement integrated marketing campaigns. These campaigns are designed to enhance brand awareness, increase membership growth, stimulate stay activity, and foster ongoing engagement with Hyatt's loyalty program members and travelers worldwide.

As part of the Global Marketing team, the Marketing Manager is responsible for managing the entire campaign lifecycle—from strategic planning and briefing through to execution and post-campaign analysis. This involves partnering with both internal departments and external agencies to deliver compelling marketing initiatives across owned and paid media channels. The role requires someone who can balance hands-on execution with strategic thinking, demonstrating strong project management skills and the ability to navigate a complex matrixed organization effectively.

The Marketing Manager uses data and performance insights to continually optimize campaigns and contribute to the long-term marketing strategy across Hyatt’s brands, functions, and regions. They must stay informed about the hospitality industry trends, travel consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to ensure strategies remain relevant and impactful. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining attention to detail and a collaborative spirit.

This position offers a competitive salary range of $105,000 to $120,000, along with eligibility for incentive awards such as annual bonuses and periodic incentives. Hyatt provides a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401K with company match, paid time off, and unique perks like an annual allotment of free hotel stays at Hyatt properties worldwide. The position reports directly to the Director of Global Marketing and is crucial in advancing Hyatt’s marketing efforts to strengthen its global presence and customer loyalty.
