Job Description
Hilton is a renowned global hospitality company recognized for delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining an award-winning workplace culture. With a commitment to spreading the light and warmth of hospitality, Hilton operates a broad portfolio of world-class hotel brands that have welcomed more than 3 billion guests worldwide. The company is celebrated on the World's Best Workplaces list by Great Place to Work and Fortune, attributing this success to its values-driven approach and dedication to Team Members' wellbeing. Hilton's core values—Hospitality, Integrity, Leadership, Teamwork, Ownership, and a sense of urgency—guide every aspect of its service and corporate culture, ensuring that both guests and employees thrive in a supportive and inspiring environment.
The Marketing Manager role at Hilton is pivotal in enhancing the visibility and revenue growth of the hotel properties by executing targeted marketing campaigns. Unlike typical marketing roles, this position integrates the essence of hospitality by striving to create memorable guest experiences that resonate long after the stay. As a Marketing Manager, you will support the design and rollout of property-specific campaigns across digital channels, social media platforms, and branded channels to engage the hotel's target audiences effectively. Keeping abreast of the latest industry trends, marketing tools, technologies, and consumer behaviors is an essential part of the job, ensuring that Hilton remains at the forefront of innovative marketing strategies.
In addition to campaign execution, the role involves preparing and delivering comprehensive monthly performance updates and analyses to Sales and Revenue Management teams, fostering data-driven decision making. Collaboration is key, as the Marketing Manager partners with various department leaders to support cross-functional initiatives that drive both revenue and guest engagement. These responsibilities make this role ideal for someone passionate about hospitality marketing and who thrives in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
Hilton offers unparalleled support for its Team Members, including incredible travel perks such as deeply discounted stays at Hilton properties worldwide, an employee stock purchase program providing shares at a discount, paid parental leave supporting families in diverse situations, and personalized caregiving support through a dedicated concierge. Additionally, the company provides crisis concierge services for emotional and practical support, access to mental health resources via an Employee Assistance Program, generous paid time off, comprehensive health and welfare benefits, and retirement plans aimed at securing financial futures.
Joining Hilton means becoming part of a culture that doesn't just aim for excellence in guest experiences but also fosters an exceptional career environment where personal growth and wellbeing are prioritized. Whether beginning your career or seeking new opportunities, Hilton provides an inclusive, supportive workplace where your contributions are valued and your professional journey is nurtured. This blend of a global brand, a strong culture, and a meaningful role makes the Marketing Manager position at Hilton a truly compelling opportunity for hospitality marketing professionals looking to make a lasting impact.
