Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field
  • 7-10 years relevant experience in sales enablement, proposal management, or marketing
  • Proven success leading complex RFP processes
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Adobe CC, PowerPoint, Figma, and CRM software
  • Ability to work in a hybrid Seattle, WA office environment
  • People-management experience
  • Availability to work day shifts Monday through Friday

Job Qualifications

  • 7-10 years in sales enablement, proposal management, or marketing within A&D, furniture, or related services
  • Demonstrated record driving successful, large-scale RFPs/RFQs
  • Strong storytelling skills—written, visual, and live presentation
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, PowerPoint, Figma, and collaboration suites
  • Proven collaborator able to toggle between strategic thinking and hands-on execution
  • People-management experience with a coaching mindset

Job Duties

  • Direct every corporate furniture and technology RFP from go/no-go through submission
  • Coach pursuit teams on narrative, visuals, and live pitch delivery
  • Track KPIs through the CRM to share with leadership and make data-driven decisions
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and win-loss learnings
  • Design and maintain pitch decks, playbooks, brochures, and other sales support tools
  • Benchmark and refresh sales tools quarterly to stay competitive
  • Share best practices and ensure consistent marketing messaging across teams
