Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field
- 7-10 years relevant experience in sales enablement, proposal management, or marketing
- Proven success leading complex RFP processes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Adobe CC, PowerPoint, Figma, and CRM software
- Ability to work in a hybrid Seattle, WA office environment
- People-management experience
- Availability to work day shifts Monday through Friday
Job Qualifications
- 7-10 years in sales enablement, proposal management, or marketing within A&D, furniture, or related services
- Demonstrated record driving successful, large-scale RFPs/RFQs
- Strong storytelling skills—written, visual, and live presentation
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, PowerPoint, Figma, and collaboration suites
- Proven collaborator able to toggle between strategic thinking and hands-on execution
- People-management experience with a coaching mindset
Job Duties
- Direct every corporate furniture and technology RFP from go/no-go through submission
- Coach pursuit teams on narrative, visuals, and live pitch delivery
- Track KPIs through the CRM to share with leadership and make data-driven decisions
- Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and win-loss learnings
- Design and maintain pitch decks, playbooks, brochures, and other sales support tools
- Benchmark and refresh sales tools quarterly to stay competitive
- Share best practices and ensure consistent marketing messaging across teams
