Job Description
TikTok, a leading destination for short-form mobile video, is seeking a visionary strategist with a proven track record to join the Global Business Solutions, SMB Marketing Team. This team aims to make TikTok the most relevant growth platform for small, medium-sized, and mid-market businesses by providing education, guidance, and showcasing success. As part of the Global SMB Team, the SMB Marketing Team collaborates closely with the SMB Sales and SMB Product teams to optimize performance-driven messaging strategies and customer journeys, focusing on engaging the target audiences and driving new advertiser acquisitions.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in B2B event marketing strategy and execution, including large-scale events like SXSW, AdWeek, CES, and sub-vertical specific events
- track record of success in delivering ambitious revenue targets through events
- strong understanding of the SMB competitive landscape in North America and general SMB client needs
- highly creative mindset with a focus on measurable results
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
