Job Requirements
- Three years experience in marketing, social media, events, or related field

- Three years in non-traditional marketing, social media, events, or related field

Job Duties
- Lead monthly marketing meetings with hotel, restaurant, and bar team to ensure needs are met, on brand and within budget for collateral, events, digital, PR, photography, and promotions
- Develop and manage content/social media calendar for three accounts (Hotel Magdalena, Summer on Music Lane, Equipment Room) with corporate team approvals
- Photograph occasional marketing assets for food and beverage specials, retail, events
- Assist in producing larger scale internal photo shoots including shot lists and coordination with property teams
- Manage logistics for external photo shoot and video requests approved by corporate team
- Work with art team on project managing collateral needs including operational, event, and menu updates
- Organize, manage, and develop marketing and programming calendar for the full year
- Ensure digital assets are up to date working with Field Marketing team
- Manage website updates
- Submit email blast features for Bunkhouse newsletters
- Create and send monthly property marketing emails
- Support sales team with collateral needs
- Assist in PR activities including press stays, coordinating room drops, gathering press quotes
- Generate creative event ideas, partnerships, and programming efforts
- Support hotel operations during busy periods
