We are currently seeking a Marketing Manager specializing in Events and Customer Programs to join our talented marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering regional marketing events, including large-scale conferences and interactive webinars, tailored to support the company’s goals and marketing strategies. You will coordinate all aspects of event logistics, ranging from venue booking and travel arrangements to on-site execution across multiple geographic regions. As a vital link between the marketing department and regional sales teams, the Marketing Manager will provide critical support through the customization of approved marketing materials, ensuring regional relevance and effectiveness. This position requires creativity, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing Communications Business or a similar area or equivalent professional experience
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in event marketing field marketing or a related area
  • Working knowledge of event marketing and field marketing concepts
  • Experience supporting field or sales adjacent marketing activities
  • Local language skills based on the region supported

Job Qualifications

  • Deliver regional marketing events including conferences and webinars aligned with goals and strategies
  • Coordinate event logistics including booking travel and on-site execution across multiple regions
  • Provide field marketing support to regional sales teams through customization of approved marketing materials
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure event success
  • Manage budgets and timelines for events
  • Monitor and report on event performance metrics
  • Develop and maintain relationships with event vendors and partners
