The role of Marketing Manager - Festivals is a key position within AEG’s dynamic marketing team, focusing specifically on festivals in the event calendar. This role is responsible for the creation and management of all marketing assets related to festival events. The Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with artist management, radio and TV partners, and the broader marketing team to develop and implement impactful marketing strategies tailored to the demographics and audiences of each festival. A significant part of the role involves creating graphic content designed to capture public interest and drive ticket sales while maintaining brand consistency and engagement.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably with live events or festivals
- Proficiency in graphic design software
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
