Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of marketing and event coordination experience
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills

Job Duties
- Research, secure, and manage local trade shows, home shows, community events, and vendor opportunities
- Negotiate contracts and sponsorship agreements with event organizers
- Develop and maintain an annual marketing and event calendar
- Recruit, hire, train, and manage event marketing representatives
- Schedule and oversee event staff and promotional teams
- Coordinate booth setup, merchandising, and event logistics
- Generate, track, and manage leads from all events
- Schedule in-home consultations from event-generated leads
- Follow up on contest entries and event prospects to maximize appointment conversions
- Analyze event performance and provide regular reporting on ROI and lead generation metrics
- Develop and execute local lead generation and customer acquisition strategies
- Manage the company's online presence and local digital marketing efforts
- Oversee and enhance social media channels, including content planning, posting, engagement, and performance tracking
- Coordinate local advertising campaigns and promotional initiatives
