This role is tailored for a motivated, detail-oriented marketing professional who will work closely with the Director of Marketing and VP of Marketing and Sales. The primary focus of this position is to support marketing initiatives that drive member acquisition, retention, brand awareness, guest visits, and overall revenue growth for both The Alaska Club and Fly Trampoline Park. The ideal candidate is adept at balancing creativity with analytical skills, understanding consumer behavior and emerging trends, and applying digital marketing and brand management strategies effectively.\n\nIn this fast-paced role, the Marketing Manager will juggle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously while maintaining a sharp eye for consistency and measurable outcomes. Responsibilities include managing marketing campaigns, developing collateral, optimizing websites for SEO and conversion, coordinating updates and content, maintaining digital assets, analyzing marketing data, and supporting special events and community outreach efforts. The candidate must also be comfortable preparing reports and presentations for management, with occasional social media content creation duties. Proficiency in tools such as HubSpot, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, and various CRM and email marketing platforms is essential for success in this position.\n\nThis role is integral to ensuring the marketing efforts align seamlessly with The Alaska Club’s brand standards across all channels and locations, thereby promoting sustained growth and engagement. Job Qualifications

  • Experience managing multiple brands in multiple locations
  • Graphic design and content creation experience
  • Knowledge of paid search, digital advertising, and marketing automation
  • Experience with event marketing

Job Duties

  • Assist with marketing campaigns, development of collateral, and special events, helping to ensure branding is consistent across all channels and locations
  • Manage and optimize company websites to ensure accuracy, functionality, SEO performance, and conversion optimization
  • Coordinate website updates, content development, and user experience improvements
  • Maintain digital assets and online brand standards
  • Analyze marketing performance across all platforms and campaigns
  • Monitor key performance indicators, lead generation metrics, campaign ROI, retention, and membership growth, making recommendations based on data insights
  • Leverage customer data to identify trends and growth opportunities
  • Manage multiple deadlines and marketing projects simultaneously
  • Support special events, grand openings, and community outreach efforts
  • Responsible for developing marketing and product materials related to new programs (factsheets, profiles, presentations)
  • Prepare understandable reports and presentations for management team
  • May be responsible for social media content creation
