As a key member of the marketing and sales team, the successful candidate will take charge of digital marketing initiatives including reputation management across various online platforms such as Facebook, Google, Yelp, Trip Advisor, and Rewards Network. The role requires active coordination with restaurant management to manage guest feedback—resolving complaints, thanking reviewers, and creating incentives to boost positive guest interaction and online visibility.

In social media marketing, the candidate will develop and maintain engaging content tailored to each restaurant’s unique identity and audience, promoting food and drink specials, live entertainment, and special events. This includes overseeing regular and consistent posts, managing the growth of online followers, and partnering with Human Resources to recruit new team members through social platforms.

The position also involves launching and analyzing digital marketing campaigns, working closely with external marketing agencies and internal directors to maintain and optimize the company’s website, keeping it up-to-date with event calendars, menus, galleries, and merchandise. Furthermore, in-store marketing efforts, loyalty program management, and coordinating print and digital materials for cross-promotional purposes are integral parts of the role.

Job Duties
