This full-time Management position based in Los Angeles, California, offers an annual salary range of $76,000 to $103,000, with bonus eligibility. The role centers on promoting on-brand messaging across traditional, digital, and social media channels to drive revenue and support overall hotel objectives. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with hotel goals, focusing on increasing consumer awareness, market share, and brand recognition in the competitive hospitality landscape.
Key responsibilities include building direct marketing plans and targeted campaigns, showcasing Food and Beverage promotions to both guests and local patrons, and fostering strong partnerships with regional eCommerce and Marketing teams. The role demands a strategic approach to managing the hotel's digital presence, including the website, third-party channels, and social media platforms, all while maintaining brand integrity. The Marketing Manager will also activate incremental marketing opportunities through partnerships, third-party sites, and Convention and Visitors Bureaus (CVBs), ensuring all efforts are integrated with sales and revenue management strategies.
This position requires close collaboration with various departments such as Hotel Operations, Revenue Management, and Food & Beverage to conceptualize and execute property-level programming and activation based on brand guidelines. The Marketing Manager will act as the brand guardian for the hotel, ensuring all marketing communications reflect the authentic brand voice and enhance the guest experience.
Additional duties include managing email marketing efforts, overseeing paid media campaigns, supporting group lead generation, and analyzing campaign performance to guide strategy adjustments. The role also involves managing content across multiple platforms, from property websites to online travel agencies, and coordinating photography and guest communications to enhance marketing materials.
