Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred
- Minimum 3 years of marketing experience, particularly in home services or lead generation
- Proven experience managing digital marketing vendors
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to create and manage content effectively
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable with a fast-paced, hands-on work style
Job Qualifications
- 3+ years in marketing, preferably in home services or lead generation
- Proven experience managing digital marketing vendors including SEO, PPC, social, web
- Strong understanding of performance marketing and ROI tracking
- Experience creating content, especially video and social media
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment
- Comfortable being both strategic and hands-on
Job Duties
- Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive qualified leads and booked appointments
- Continuously test and improve offers, promotions, and campaigns
- Partner with leadership to align marketing efforts with sales goals and revenue targets
- Track and optimize cost per lead, cost per acquisition, and ROI
- Manage relationships with digital marketing partners
- Hold partners accountable to performance metrics
- Review reporting and make data-driven decisions on budget
- Identify underperforming channels and adjust spend
- Create and manage social media content including video and photos
- Capture and produce field-driven content such as customer testimonials
- Ensure consistent branding and messaging across channels
- Support teams with marketing materials to close sales
- Launch and manage local marketing campaigns including events and referral programs
- Develop promotions that convert
- Coordinate marketing, call center, and sales alignment
- Manage marketing budget with ROI focus
- Prioritize spend on results-driven channels
- Evaluate and adjust campaigns for efficiency
