Job Description
We Only Hire the Best! We are a growing home services company operating across three states, specializing in water treatment and plumbing. Our company is committed to delivering top-quality services to our customers while fostering a work environment that values innovation, efficiency, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving. As a respected leader in the home services industry, we pride ourselves on our ability to blend technical expertise with exceptional customer service to meet and exceed the expectations of our clients. With a focus on growth and expansion, we are looking for talented professionals who share our passion for excellence and who are driven to contribute to our ongoing success.
We are currently seeking a dynamic and proactive Marketing Manager to join our team. This is not a passive, "manage agencies and attend meetings" role; instead, it requires a candidate who thinks and acts like an operator—someone who deeply understands what drives booked appointments and can execute marketing strategies quickly with a strong ROI mindset. The Marketing Manager will take ownership of lead generation, brand execution, and campaign performance, playing a critical role in aligning marketing efforts with the overall business goals.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that generate qualified leads and drive revenue growth. You will continuously test, improve, and innovate offers, promotions, and campaigns, ensuring they resonate with target audiences and contribute to the company’s objectives. Collaboration with leadership is key to align marketing initiatives with sales goals and revenue targets. An essential aspect of the role involves tracking and optimizing key performance indicators such as cost per lead, cost per acquisition, and overall ROI to maximize the effectiveness of every marketing dollar spent.
The Marketing Manager will also manage agency and vendor relationships, ensuring that digital marketing partners focused on SEO, PPC, Meta platforms, and website development meet performance metrics rather than just activity milestones. You will be directly responsible for making data-driven decisions on budget allocation, quickly identifying and cutting underperforming channels or reallocating spend to higher-performing initiatives.
Content creation and brand execution form a core part of this position. You will create and manage social media content, including videos, photos, and messaging, while capturing field-driven content such as installation highlights, customer testimonials, and team achievements. Maintaining consistent brand messaging and tone across all channels and delivering marketing materials that help the sales team close deals efficiently are vital responsibilities.
Campaign development will also be under your purview, where you will launch and manage local marketing campaigns through direct mail, events, referral programs, and partnerships. Developing promotions that convert, not just look good, and coordinating with call center and sales teams to ensure marketing efforts translate into bookings and revenue are essential for success.
Managing a tight marketing budget with a strong focus on ROI, prioritizing spending on channels that produce results, and regularly evaluating and adjusting campaigns for maximum efficiency are expected of the Marketing Manager. Success in this role means increasing qualified leads and booked appointments, improving cost per lead and cost per sale, achieving strong alignment between marketing, call center, and sales teams, consistently introducing new ideas that drive revenue, and ensuring that agencies are held accountable and deliver measurable results.
