Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant customer service, hospitality, or sales support experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to engage guests confidently and professionally
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-traffic resort environments
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights
  • Must pass background check and drug screening
  • Flexibility to adapt to dynamic work conditions and multitask effectively

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service, hospitality, or sales support experience preferred
  • Outgoing, people-oriented personality with strong communication skills
  • Ability to confidently approach and engage guests
  • Comfortable working in high-traffic areas with diverse guest interactions
  • Flexible, adaptable, and able to multitask in a dynamic resort environment
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 25-50 pounds

Job Duties

  • Greet and engage resort guests with a friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor
  • Proactively direct guests to marketing kiosks or booths to learn about vacation ownership opportunities, resort events, hotel promotions, and theme park packages
  • Share basic resort information and answer general guest inquiries about amenities, services, dining, and attractions
  • Build excitement and encourage guests to participate in presentations and promotions
  • Partner with the marketing and events teams to support guest flow and drive attendance
  • Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude while representing the resort brand
  • Adapt quickly to changing guest volumes and marketing needs in a fast-paced environment
  • Perform other guest service and marketing support duties as needed
