Job Description
Hilton Grand Vacations (HGV) is a premier hospitality company specializing in vacation ownership and resort accommodations. As part of the globally recognized Hilton brand, HGV is dedicated to delivering exceptional vacation experiences to its guests through luxurious resorts, outstanding customer service, and innovative hospitality programs. With a strong focus on employee satisfaction and growth, Hilton Grand Vacations fosters a supportive and dynamic work environment where team members are valued and given opportunities to advance their careers in the hospitality industry.
The Marketing Greeter role at Hilton Grand Vacations is an exciting opportunity for individuals who thrive in guest-facing positions and enjoy promoting resort activities and services. This role requires a positive demeanor and a dedicated approach to delivering outstanding customer service. As a Marketing Greeter, you will be the first point of contact for guests visiting HGV resort properties, engaging them in person and informing them about various services and promotions offered by the resort, including encouraging guests to connect with the concierge team.
At HGV, the employment experience is designed to be rewarding and fulfilling. New employees benefit immediately from First Day Benefits, such as comprehensive health care options including medical, dental, and vision plans that promote preventive care. Paid time off (PTO) offers team members the flexibility to rest, relax, or embark on new adventures. Furthermore, all new hires are automatically enrolled in the HGV Retirement Savings Plan, helping employees plan for their financial future. The Go Hilton Team Member Travel Program provides employees with discounted hotel room rates and restaurant prices across participating Hilton locations, enriching the overall team member experience.
In addition, DailyPay is available to eligible US-based team members, allowing early access to earned wages through secure instant transfers 24/7/365, enhancing financial flexibility. Hilton Grand Vacations supports a diverse and inclusive workforce, serving guests from around the world with professionalism and warmth. If you enjoy interacting with guests, have strong communication skills, and are eager to be part of a company committed to exemplary service and employee well-being, this Marketing Greeter role is an excellent fit. The starting wage for this position is $20 per hour, reflecting the value Hilton places on its team members' contributions.
The work schedule for this position is flexible and may include evenings, holidays, and weekends, aligning with guest needs during peak resort hours. The role involves being on your feet for extended periods, engaging with guests to distribute authorized marketing materials, and providing information about resort activities and promotions. If you take pride in a professional appearance and approach, enjoy meeting new people, and have a passion for hospitality, Hilton Grand Vacations invites you to apply for this rewarding Marketing Greeter role where you can grow your career while making memorable impacts on guests' experiences.
