Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work part-time with flexible day shifts
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- outgoing and energetic personality
- able to stand and move for extended periods
- comfortable working independently and with minimal supervision
- basic knowledge or interest in wellness or healthcare
Job Qualifications
- Current college student or entry-level medical assistant welcome
- some prior experience with pop-up, community, or promotional events
- background or interest in health, wellness, or healthcare
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- comfortable engaging and approaching people in public settings
- organized and able to manage event setup independently
Job Duties
- Plan and execute weekly pop-up events
- set up and manage event booths/materials
- engage with the public and explain services
- distribute promotional materials
- generate and capture leads
- coordinate with local venues/partners
- track event performance and feedback
- maintain inventory of event supplies
