Job Description
Crusoe is a pioneering AI infrastructure company dedicated to accelerating the abundance of energy and intelligence. As the only vertically integrated company in its field, Crusoe owns and operates each layer of the technological stack, from the foundational electron level to tokens, to efficiently power some of the world's most ambitious AI workloads. This unique integration allows Crusoe to innovate at every level, enhancing sustainability and operational effectiveness in the AI compute sector. The company is deeply committed to transforming the AI infrastructure landscape by overcoming the major bottleneck of power demand, positioning itself at the forefront of the ongoing industrial revolution driven by artificial intelligence.
Joining Crusoe means becoming part of a mission-driven team determined to build the future of AI infrastructure faster and more sustainably. The company values problem-solving, a strong sense of urgency, and an appetite for growth alongside a diverse group of experts spanning energy, manufacturing, data center construction, and cloud services. This is an opportunity to contribute to meaningful work, directly supporting customers and partners as they advance their AI strategies. Working here means engaging with cutting-edge technology and collaborating in a culture that believes in mutual support and success.
About the Role:
The Marketing Events Manager at Crusoe plays a crucial role in scaling the company's event marketing programs with a focus on operational excellence and impactful execution. This position suits a highly organized and structured event professional who has demonstrated success managing high volumes of both proprietary (1P) and third-party (3P) events. The role demands someone capable of overseeing end-to-end event management, ensuring that each event is executed seamlessly, delivers measurable results, and fosters strong cross-functional partnerships to support rapid company growth.
A key aspect of success in this role is the ability to establish repeatable and scalable event processes quickly. The Marketing Events Manager takes a customer-centric, programmatic approach when designing and executing events designed to drive significant value. To accomplish this, a deep understanding of Crusoe's mission and products is essential, ensuring every event supports the desired business outcomes. From large-scale industry trade shows to bespoke high-touch sales events and thought leadership meetups, the manager will handle a comprehensive event portfolio, driving cross-departmental collaboration and accountability to deliver cohesive and quality event experiences.
Compensation for this role ranges from $159,000 to $193,000 base salary plus an annual bonus, with restricted stock units included in all offers. Crusoe is a committed Equal Opportunity Employer, ensuring that all employment decisions are based on merit and business needs, without discrimination based on any legally protected status.
