The Marketing Coordinator role at AireSpring is a dynamic position focused primarily on event management, which accounts for about 80% of the responsibilities. This role is critical to planning, managing, and executing a variety of industry trade shows, partner events, and smaller customer and partner engagement programs. The Marketing Coordinator will coordinate all aspects of event execution including logistics, vendor and show services management, staffing coordination, promotional support, and ensuring on-site readiness. In addition to event duties, the role collaborates closely with the marketing team to align event promotion across multiple channels such as email, social media, and other marketing platforms to amplify event impact and attendance. This position requires a detail-oriented and proactive individual who supports broader marketing initiatives, manages projects efficiently, and contributes meaningfully to the overall marketing strategies of AireSpring. The role offers invaluable experience in a fast-paced, collaborative corporate environment and is suited for professionals passionate about event planning, marketing communications, and project management within the tech and communications industry.

Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
- minimum of 2 years experience in marketing
- at least 1 year experience in a corporate office environment
- proven trade show and event planning experience
- proficiency in email and social media marketing
- strong project management and organizational skills
- excellent communication abilities
- proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- ability to manage marketing budgets
