We are currently seeking an experienced Marketing Events Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to manage our shows and events while leading a team of Brand Ambassadors. As the Marketing Events Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in expanding our brand presence and driving customer engagement throughout our assigned territory. This role requires an individual with excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple events simultaneously. You will be responsible for researching and identifying relevant events and shows, negotiating vendor contracts, and booking an annual calendar of marketing events. Moreover, you will recruit, hire, and train event demonstrators, effectively scheduling staff to represent our brand with enthusiasm and professionalism.

The Marketing Events Coordinator will also oversee the logistics behind each event, including booth set-up and tear down, ensuring smooth operations and a positive experience for all involved. Your responsibilities will extend to managing consumer interactions during events, setting appointments for free in-home consultations, collecting contest entries, and following up to maximize lead conversion. This role combines creativity with meticulous planning to achieve measurable marketing outcomes. Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be physically able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds. Weekend availability is a must, as many events occur during those times.
