The role of Marketing Events Coordinator at Bath Concepts Independent Dealers is a pivotal position that involves managing and overseeing the company’s presence at various events and shows within the assigned territory. The primary responsibility is to research, identify, and secure opportunities to promote the Bath Concepts brand through trade shows, exhibitions, and marketing events. This role requires someone experienced in event coordination who can effectively negotiate contracts with event vendors and strategically plan an annual calendar of relevant events to maximize brand exposure and lead generation.

Additionally, the Marketing Events Coordinator will play a leadership role in managing the team of Brand Ambassadors and Event Demonstrators by recruiting, hiring, training, and scheduling them to represent the company at these events. The position demands coordination of booth and display set-ups, ensuring a professional and engaging presence at all times. A crucial aspect of the job is facilitating appointments for free in-home consultations during events and shows, collecting contest entries, and following up on leads generated during these engagements. Meticulous measurement and reporting of event results are expected to gauge effectiveness and guide future marketing strategies.
