We are currently looking to hire an experienced Marketing Events Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role involves managing a diverse range of shows and events within an assigned territory to promote Bath Concepts' products effectively. The Marketing Events Coordinator will also lead a team of Brand Ambassadors, playing a crucial part in brand representation and customer engagement at events. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to coach and motivate team members, and a proactive attitude towards securing and managing event opportunities.

The Marketing Events Coordinator's responsibilities include researching and identifying relevant events and shows, negotiating contracts with event vendors, and booking an annual calendar of events to maximize brand visibility and customer interaction. Additionally, this role requires recruiting, hiring, and training event demonstrators who act as the face of Bath Concepts at various functions. Scheduling these demonstrators and coordinating all aspects of booth and display setup and teardown are vital to ensuring smooth operations and successful event presentations. Furthermore, the coordinator will handle important tasks such as setting appointments for free in-home consultations, collecting contest entries, and following up on these entries to convert leads into consultations.

Measurement and reporting of event results are integral to this role, providing critical insights that guide future marketing strategies and event planning.
