The role of Marketing Events Coordinator at Bath Concepts Independent Dealers is pivotal in driving the company’s marketing efforts through strategic event management. This full-time position is designed for an experienced individual who excels at organizing, managing, and executing marketing events and trade shows. The Marketing Events Coordinator will take on the responsibility of researching and identifying optimal events and shows within the designated territory, negotiating contracts with event vendors to ensure cost-effective participation, and planning an annual calendar filled with engaging and impactful marketing events.
In this role, the coordinator will lead a team of Brand Ambassadors, which involves recruiting, hiring, training, and scheduling event demonstrators to maximize brand exposure and customer engagement during events. A critical part of the job includes coordinating the setup and tear down of booths and displays, ensuring that each event space effectively represents the Bath Concepts brand and attracts potential customers.
Additionally, the Marketing Events Coordinator will manage onsite activities such as collecting contest entries and scheduling follow-ups for free in-home consultations, thereby directly contributing to lead generation and sales opportunities. They will also be responsible for measuring event outcomes and reporting results to ensure marketing strategies are aligned with business objectives and generate high returns on investment.
This role demands strong communication skills, a positive outgoing personality, and excellent planning and organizational capabilities. Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, and performing physical tasks such as lifting up to 30 pounds. Weekend availability is a requirement, reflecting the nature of event scheduling and attendance.
