We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Events Coordinator to join our winning team. This role will focus on managing shows and events within our designated territory, playing a key part in expanding our brand presence and customer engagement. The Marketing Events Coordinator will be responsible for identifying and securing strategic event opportunities, negotiating vendor contracts, and planning an annual calendar of events that maximizes exposure and leads. Managing a team of Brand Ambassadors, the coordinator will oversee recruitment, hiring, training, and scheduling of event demonstrators to ensure effective representation at every event.

This position demands versatility and strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to coordinate complex event logistics such as booth setup and tear down, appointment setting for free in-home consultations, and the administration of contest entries that help drive customer interest. Success in this role requires careful measurement of event outcomes and the ability to report these results to senior management, providing insights for continued marketing improvements.

Ideal candidates will possess excellent communication skills, an outgoing and positive personality, and strong planning and organizational abilities. This job involves working in a fast-paced environment with physical demands such as standing for long periods and lifting up to 30 pounds.
