We are currently looking for a Marketing Events Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Louisville, KY. This role offers flexible scheduling options ranging from part-time to full-time and compensation between $800 and $1,200 per week, including base pay and bonus opportunities. The coordinator will play a crucial role in expanding SAS Home Solutions' footprint in the Louisville market by planning and managing marketing events that drive brand awareness and generate valuable leads.

As a Marketing Events Coordinator, your responsibilities will include researching and identifying relevant local events such as home shows, fairs, expos, and community festivals where SAS Home Solutions can have a presence. You will be responsible for negotiating contracts to secure prime booth locations, managing an annual calendar of events, and coordinating every aspect of event execution from staffing to booth setup and breakdown. Leadership is a key element of this position; you will recruit, train, and supervise Event Demonstrators who represent the brand during outreach activities, ensuring a positive and professional customer experience.

Additionally, your role involves lead generation through scheduling free in-home consultations for prospective customers and managing contest entries and event leads to facilitate follow-up appointments. Tracking and reporting on event performance metrics will be essential to measure success and optimize future initiatives. This dynamic position requires excellent communication, organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.

To succeed in this role, candidates should be outgoing, motivated self-starters with strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for event marketing. Physical stamina is necessary, as the job demands standing for extended periods and the ability to lift up to 30 pounds during events. Weekend availability is also required to accommodate the event schedule.
