The Marketing Events Coordinator will also play a critical role in recruiting, hiring, and training event demonstrators who will represent the brand at various events. Scheduling staff for these events, coordinating booth and display set-up and tear down, and managing customer interactions such as setting appointments for free in-home consultations are key functions of the role. Moreover, the coordinator will be responsible for collecting contest entries during events, following up with participants, and converting leads into consultations, thereby contributing directly to sales growth.

This role demands strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a positive, outgoing personality. The Coordinator must be adept at motivating and coaching team members, working efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and managing physical tasks such as standing for long periods and lifting equipment up to 30 pounds. Availability to work on weekends is a requirement, reflecting the nature of event-based marketing work.
