The role of Marketing Events Coordinator is a crucial position within Bath Concepts, tasked with managing shows and events that showcase the company’s brand and products. This full-time position offers an excellent compensation package that includes a salary and bonus opportunities, reflecting the value the organization places on talent and performance. The Marketing Events Coordinator will be responsible for researching and identifying relevant events and shows within a designated territory to maximize brand exposure and customer engagement. In addition to managing events, this role requires leadership in recruiting, hiring, and training Brand Ambassadors who act as the company’s representatives at trade shows and exhibitions. Scheduling these demonstrators, coordinating booth setups and breakdowns, and overseeing their activities during events are essential tasks that contribute to the overall success of the marketing initiatives. The coordinator must also handle appointments at events, setting up free in-home consultations for potential customers to deepen engagement and drive sales.

Job Duties
- research and find events and shows within our assigned territory
- negotiate contracts with the event vendors
- book an annual calendar of events and shows
- recruit, hire and train event demonstrators
- schedule demonstrators to work events
- coordinate booth and display set-up and tear down
- set appointments for a free in-home consultation at the events and shows
- collect contest entries
- follow up on the contest entries and schedule them for a free in-home consultation
- measure and report results
