The role of Marketing Events Coordinator at Bath Concepts is a dynamic and pivotal position focused on managing events and shows within a designated territory to promote the brand's offerings and engage directly with potential customers. This full-time position emphasizes leadership and coordination skills, as the Marketing Events Coordinator will oversee a team of Brand Ambassadors ensuring their performance aligns with company standards. The candidate will be responsible for researching and identifying suitable events and shows, negotiating contracts with event vendors, and booking an annual calendar to maximize brand exposure. Critical duties include recruiting, hiring, and training event demonstrators, scheduling their participation, coordinating the setup and teardown of booths and displays, and managing on-site activities such as setting appointments for free in-home consultations. The Coordinator will also oversee contest entries, follow-up procedures, and result measurement to assess the impact of each event. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive and outgoing personality, strong planning and organizational capabilities, and the physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds. Availability to work weekends is mandatory.
