We are actively seeking an experienced Marketing Events Coordinator to join our winning team. This role is crucial in managing and executing our marketing events and trade shows within an assigned territory. The Marketing Events Coordinator will take charge of researching, scheduling, and organizing various events and shows that allow us to connect directly with potential customers, showcase our products, and drive business growth. Working closely with a team of dynamic Brand Ambassadors, the coordinator will lead the recruitment, training, and scheduling of event demonstrators to ensure each event operates efficiently and effectively.

The role requires strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills as well as the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-oriented setting. Duties involve not only event planning and coordination but also follow-up activities such as setting appointments for free in-home consultations and measuring the success of marketing efforts through data reporting. Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift weights up to 30 pounds is also necessary. Availability to work on weekends is mandatory since many events occur during these times.
